ZHANG Qianwen, female, doctor of laws, Lecturer, master supervisor. She was a research assistant of the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law (CISDL), a member of the Institute of international criminal law of McGill University in Canada, a member of the Collaborative Innovation Center for security and development of the western frontier of China, and a member of the Collaborative Innovation Center for South China Sea research. Her research fields are international investment law and public international law.
She has publicized over 10 articles in SSCI or CSSCI retrieved academic journals such asAsian Journal of WTO & International Health Law and Policy,Columbia FDI Perspective,Journal of International Economic Law,International Economics and Trade Research,International Law Review of Wuhan University,Journal of Law Application. She presided over Research on the Dispute of the Application of Bilateral Investment Treaties between China and Belt & Road Countries and other topics , participated in the National Social Science Fund supported The Belt & Road Strategy and the Legal Risk Prevention of China’s Investment and other topics. She is also an external reviewer the World Bank hostedICSID Review.
